This post has been started already like 9 times.
Honestly, I don’t know where or how to start. I feel weird about starting a blog because I’m usually a reserved person. And, the intention of this blog would be to talk about an issue I’ve had my entire life.
So, here goes…
I need to lose about 85 pounds.
I want to lose about 85 pounds and I’ve already lost about 16 of those suckers.
I decided I wasn’t messing around anymore and got super serious December 1st, 2011. I started running. I eat less beef, pork, sugars, and fried crap. I eat more fish, veggies and drink a TON of water. And every Wednesday since, I’ve weighed myself. My weekly weight loss averages around 2 pounds. (But then I went to Austin for a weekend and gained like *cough* 4 pounds! *cough*)
Since then, though, I am 16 pounds lighter. People notice, so that’s kinda cool. I feel much more energetic, I look forward to working out, and I love shopping for workout clothes. It is such an awesome feeling.
So, I want to share my experiences on this journey to get fit to help people struggling with the same problem, and this just seems like the perfect way to do it.
